• act as an independent facilitator and adviser

• design family business constitutions or protocols
• find restructure strategies to improve productivity and profitability

Jon can also be retained to assist a family board as an independent facilitator to assist and encourage discussion with all interested parties to achieve the best outcome on all matters.

Assignments are carried out on a fixed fee basis or by other flexible arrangements as negotiated.
