Jon has helped businesses with risk management and financial restructuring through:

• reviewing and identifying structural and operational risks
• finding workable solutions to mitigate risk
• advising on the best systems, structures, process and appropriate insurances
• designing strategies or arrangements to trade through periods of financial stresses
• dealing with banks and other financiers to assist in any workout, arrangement or restructure
• designing and implementing “safe harbor” strategies to allow financially stressed companies to trade on whilst minimising risk to directors for personal liability

Assignments are carried out on a fixed fee basis or by other flexible arrangements as negotiated.
